If you don't have at least 2 felony charges, you can't work for *** Last Resort. Parents please do not leave your children alone with any *** employees. Most of their employees aren't allowed anywhere close to parks, schools, churches or anywhere young children are. Also keep your valuables safely in your pockets. There is a reason it's called *** They treat you like *** whether you are a customer or not. Covered in tattoos, piercings, and filthy mouths and minds. We were assaulted in their restaurant, then they followed us to another location and continued cussing us and getting up in our faces. Scared my kids to death. Made my wife cry, but if I stooped to there level. Then it would be my fault. Since the laws have been redone to help the felons and hurt the innocent. Please, please choose wisely. I beg you not to patronize *** Last Resorts.

I can't find any link to contact them directly. 1/17/19 we were there, group of 10 adults/family and friends. Waitress didn't listen when we were ordering, was put out if we asked for things, brought my husband and my son in law $13.00 beers that they did not want or order. When they told the waitress they didn't want the beers, she called them *** and left them on the bill. I get the atmosphere, I've been there before and have enjoyed it in the past. This time the waitress focused more on being RUDE to us and less on providing good customer service (providing food and drinks as ordered). It took her 2 hours to make hats for all of us, not a big deal but it's part of the fun. Two of them didn't come until she brought the check. The food is a big part of the experience as well, and our burgers were soggy. Waitress didn't bring salads we ordered and told us to get over it. Our bill was ridiculous for two people - 2 burgers, one beer and a milk shake? Oh, she also demanded a ridiculous tip!!! Her tip should have been to find a different job, because she failed as a waitress.

Terrible customer service

I called to make a reservation for a party of 16, and I was told that they could not take a reservation for under 20 people. I explained that it was my daughter's 16th birthday and that I was coming in from over an hour away. The manager indicated that it may be better if we came in for lunch since it would be significantly less busy. I was told to call before leaving my house so that they would have time to set up an area for the girls. I called at 12:30 and told them that we would be there around 2. They said that it was not busy, and that we would be all set. Upon our arrival, it was in fact not busy at all. There were a total of 6 guests in the entire restaurant. I checked in and the host said that they would not be able to sit together. He had 12 of the girls at one table and two of the girls (plus myself and my husband) at a table behind them. I told him that we certainly did not mind sitting at another table, but the two girls would like to just pull their chairs up and sit with the party. He said "absolutely not". I thought he was joking, but he proceeded to tell me that they needed to sit where he told them and that you are not allowed to "block the path". Mind you they were seated up against a wall, so there was no path needed. I asked if we could move the tables and was told again "We do not allow that". I told him that I called in advance twice and he literally said "I don't care". Because it was my daughter's birthday I just sat down, and the two girls sat with us and had lunch in order not to ruin her day. I called to let someone there know how unhappy I was, and I got disconnected. In addition to his terrible customer service he spent the remainder of the time we were in the restaurant sitting on the counter texting on his cell phone. The waiter was very good, and the food came out in a timely manner, but needless to say the overall experience was ruined by the host.

Horrible experience

In my 32 years of life, I have never felt so embarrassed. We knew what to expect when we arrived at the location on 47 HWY 17 south N. Myrtle Beach SC 29582 today August 10th 2018. Our server was great and funny at first we were all having a good time. She really did a great job... that is until it was time to pay. My bill came to about $82 after taxes. We were prepared to leave a $13 tip so my his handed the server “Megan” at thanks 240/3 $100 and asked for change. She told us that she didn’t have time to walk to the bar and ask for change she said and I quote “ that’s too much work, I would have to go through too much to get change and I would have to get a manager envolved” with this being said we gave her $10 and my sister who also ate with us left $8. My Nephew planed on leaving $5. The server counted the money in front of us and walked off pissed. At first we thought that it was a part of the act. We were thinking that $23 was a pretty good tip. That is unti she came back threw $5 back on the table in front of my husband. We were shocked. She told us that we could keep our money and that it wasn’t even worth her time. I informed her that she was missing $5. She can back to the table and threw that down as well. We spoke to a manager because after this performance we were all embarrassed. The whole section was staring at us. My sister asked her her money back from the manager. My nephew also decided not to leave a tip. Now we are all thinking that we wished we’d never gone and hate that wet spen nearly $200 there. We spoke to the manager who was understanding and said that he would speak to her. We would like a full refund if possible.

Nasty smart mouth hostess caused us to leave after being seated. Had the smart mouth person been a male I am positive the police would have been called. NO VETERAN is welcomed or should patronize this restaurant in Gatlinburg Tenn Angry They have little to no reguard for patrons and feel being derogatory and combative is somehow good for young family ears. This is neither amusing or funny. Only good thing is we ended up at Blair’s across the street which was great priced,clean and amazing in every way. GO to BLAINS it’s a great place to take a family. Service was great and pleasant.

Preferred solution: I will make certain any one I know will know they should never patronize any last resort and anyone the know etc etc. worst experience ever!!!! You should be put out of business!

This review just proves this place is doing a fabulous job at what they do, which is be rude to the customer. That's their whole schtick! Lol, like a waitress or anyone else would keep their job more than five minutes acting like that anywhere else lol

You didn't pay any attention to the restaurant's theme. They are suppose to be obnoxious, surly and rude.

It's the theme. I always find it amusing when I read complaints about Dick's from people who failed to realize the staff were being exactly what they are paid to be: Rude.

We went to the restaurant in Excalibur to have a good time and banter with our servers but we got bilittled by a bar manager and when i asked to speak to a main manager he came out rude as *** As a manager he shouldn't be like a sever and a {{Redacted}} but he was. He didnt give his name and was not the main manager. This experience was horrible. I will warn everyone to avoid this location.

Bought a nice shirt unfortunately it was just a week ago and its already has print coming off.

i bought a tee shirt from the restaurant in Chicago. only been home a week and already one of the letters on the shirt is wearing off. would like to see if someone could contact me about getting another shirt shipped to me since i live in Louisville Kentucky and was just visiting Chicago. seems ridiculous for a shirt to already be wearing 1 week after being purchased. i had a great time and all i want is to get another replacement shirt so i can wear and share with my friends what a fun place this is. thanks. other than shirt the food was great and the service was fun and just all around a great time. the waiter was funny.

LOVE IT

I got every time I’m in any state that has it! I recommend it to all my friends. It’s a tear dropping laughing experience each time. If you don’t have any personality DONT GO! If you love life and love to laugh you’ll enjoy the experience!

First and last time

We visited the one in Gatlinburg,TN. I understand the meaning of this restaurant is lots of rude sarcasm but there was one waiter that was way out of character beyond rude where two people walked out. Our table didn’t even get the hats with the saying last on them and since this will be our first time and last time eating here that was a little sad. Also food was not even worth the money.

Waiter sucked

We were at the Myrtle Beach location on Fathers Day. i thought it would be a little fun.

There was a total of 6 of us, my husband, myself, our 20year old son and his 22 year old girlfriend, our 18 year old daughter and her 18 year old boyfriend. As we sat there and i noticed the other waiters and waitresses having fun with the customers. We did not get one of them. The waiter we had was no fun at all.

I know they have a character to play and I expected some fun insults and disses. What we got was totally uncalled for. The hats he made for us , including the 3 under age, all had sexual innuendos. He forgot to place the order for 2 of us and when we told him, he yelled why didn't we tell him sooner.

Excuse me, but it's his job to check on us and make sure we were all served properly and didn't need anything. Once we told him, they basically burnt one of the steaks, and that was all you could taste. We told him and he said "well you wanted it well done". He then asked if we wanted it re done and we said no and then he asked if we wanted a box.

I then asked if he could just take if off the bill. He as noticeably upset and went to talk to the manager. He came back, threw the plate down and the check. Never once did he apologize.

At that point, I expect the waiter to break character and try and make the situation right.

It was clearly his fault and a few levels by forgetting to place the order and then not checking on us to see if we had everything. i will NEVER go back again if those are the kinds of people you employ.

Yeah, *** last resort is NOT the restaurant for you. You are clearly an uppidy ***. The fact that you "Expected" the waiter to break character shows that you should have never gone there in the first place.

People go for the fun experience but bottom line, dumb$ss, is that it is still a restaurant where people are paying for the food they eat. So yeah, he should have made it right for them.

Wait staff needs training

My husband and I have gone in the past to *** two times and hadn't had a bad experience. Last night wasn't one of them. I know the wait staff is supposed to be in character but there's a fine line that needs to be walked as a waiter/waitress. Our waitress Brooklyn was yelling and screaming at customers, didn't take time to hear a question I had about the food etc without being rude and nasty. Yes we have a sense of humor, that's why we had enjoyed previous visits; but this was just forced and awkward. Also asking the ages and other personal things about patrons and then writing the generic one liners instead of anything witty is not worthy of asking questions of patrons when it's none of your business unless it was for that purpose. Surprisingly she was nice at the end of our meal ..I'm guessing to get her tip and urged us to bring t shirts to her to put into our meal bill ..again I'm assuming they get a percentage of your purchases. Good was just ok, but again that's expected. We go to myrtle beach once a year but won't ever go back again. The previous waiters we've had were funny, witty and warm without being outright unlikeable. Sadly this was a bad experience for us. Also the restroom was beyond disgusting with trash all over the floor and plain filthy.

Why wouldn't you return? You had many good visits but just one bad one.

What are the odds that 12 months later, you would get this same waitress? Very doubtful.

Over charge my grandson for his dinner 121.00

My grandson ball team and coaches had gone in to the *** last resort in Panama City Florida. His bill should have been 30.00 instead the waiter over charge him. He had only 100.00 on his debit card so his account was overdrawn which the bank will charge 39.00 . I went to the restaurant yesterday to get this error corrected . The manager said that they only charge him 30.00 , and the over charge should correct it self. I ask her about the 39.00 overdraft fee which was your restaurant error not mine. I am on vacation until Sunday July 9 2017 in Panama City beach Florida . I want my over charge and the 39.00 over draft fee from your resturant they made the error. Which should be around 130.00 dollars . I have the receipt where the overcharged happen . You can call me at 256-318-****. Thank you

*** Last Resort - Bartender Review

We sat down for dinner at the bar.at the *** in the excaliber hotel. The bar tender refused to serve my drink unless we gave credit card...even tho we wanted to eat dinner . He said he didnt trust anyone and took the drinks he poured at put them behind the bar. HE was really rude about it. There is a difference between being playful and fun and being flat freaking rude. HE was trully a ***. Guess he works in the right place.

*** Last Resort - Manager Review

About 17 of us went to ***'s Last Resort 2211 Lamar, Dallas, TX to celebrate my niece birthday. The company was great, but the food was horrible, salty and cold, and sadly to say the service was even worse.

When adressed service to the manager he could care less and I then understood why the service was bad. Both just collecting pay and not giving service. We even had to request server to give receipts and collect money. My money was never collected and I had to deliver to manager and expressed this was the worst experience ever.

The manager proceeded to say "we only have three waiters, and just trying to keep everyone happy." Excuse me sir neither you nor the waiter tried to keep this group happy. This was my first and last time at *** Last Resort.
