Ac system leaks in food

The ceiling was leaking onto the table at pigion forge location . Reported the problem the wait staff had the response of "this place is ghetto" eat at your own risk. Other then possible food poisoning the place is enjoyable.

We got on the waitlist at 2:51pm yesterday and never received a text that it was ready instead we showed up at 656pm and our name wasnt even on wait list. My friend did waitlist at 350 and we even tried her waitlist not on list either. They told us 2-4 hour wait only if you are on waitlist but guy said he couldnt find us. Well we tried again today since it opened at noon so we waited in line 15th back to be told we needed to go on waitlist again and that it would be 1-2 hours. This is ridiculous when we are the ones standing in the cold in line to be seated. I have to say this is ridiculous customer service.

We visited *** Last Resort on June 3,2021. We were very disappointed. We ordered shots so we could get the souvenir shot glasses then after we had our shots she told us they were out of shot glasses. We ordered several appetizers and entrees and they were out of them also. We did stay because we were on a two hour wait and was starving. After this experience we will most likely not visit another one. Very disappointed

As I wrote to you before. We ate at your establishment, the 4th of July weekend. We bought 2 souvenir glasses, which should have read Pigeon Forge but instead the 2 glasses read Baltimore. I would like the glasses I paid for in the city I ate at.

While we as adults normally love DLR in Myrtle Beach, SC. They do not have a huge variety as it is, but because of the atmosphere we like to go. It really isn't because of the terrible food. It is over priced for the quality of food and it has just gone up in price but the quality has decreased more and more. I saw no signs upon entering that my child could not eat her chicken nuggets from another restaurant in there. Rather than making the $200.00 from our check from our party plus tips, they sent us away. The rude person claimed she could eat them outside and that they had chicken tenders for kids. She has tried them before and we are not wasting the money for that. So we all left. I will never go back to any of the locations if they cannot understand that children don't eat what they offer. If they would rather lose big money like that time after time, then I see them going into bankruptcy right along with some chains that are way larger than they will ever be or are!! You really need to change these rules and when it comes to a serious situation like this, then they need to effin cool it with the fake attitudes they are allowed to give or the real ones and treat it more professional. If she hadn't of said she could eat outside the way she said it I probably wouldn't have gotten as mad. Time to change some management in these establishments. It does not even deserve one star!!

Usually, my family cannot wait to go to DLR in Pigeon Forge, TN. Even with our little kids, the staff makes it fun and memorable but this past time (7/18/19) it was awful service, awful food, expensive, and making a life-time customer never want to go again. Our food was served cold. When I told the waitress, she stated "I don't give a *** Eat it". Okay, I get it, haha but it was freezing cold. The "bucket" of fries which is $6.00 was not full and had 12 fries in the bucket. TWELVE FRIES for $6.00. I asked if that changed because before we would split a fry bucket between two kids and there was usually left overs. The waitress was like, "Yeah, I guess, just eat it and be happy you got fries". Then I told her we were there for my son's 14th birthday. Her reply, "I don't give a *** (yes again) and gave me my bill for $60.00. For that amount I got cold chicken wings, mac and cheese, baja tacos, 24 fries total (two of the bucket fries), and no happy birthday song or acknowledgment. Yeah, DLR, you do not put the *** in FUN, I can promise you that.

Not worth the money

I believe in contacting a company when I have excellent service or terrible service. Unfortunately, my visit to Dick's Last Resort in Myrtle Beach was a terrible experience. We had a party of 10 aging from 3 years to 53. One of the people had never visited a Dick's Last Resort, so we drove 45 minutes out of our way to let her "experience" the restaurant. After sitting at our table for almost 15 minutes, our waiter came to our table and asked what we would like to drink. He took our orders and 10 minutes later came back with our drinks. He then asked what we would like to eat. We were a bit disappointed that we did not have our napkins tossed at us, our drinks stuffed with too many straws, etc. Once our food arrived from a kitchen assistant, and when stated we did not get the fries, we were told to ask our server. He was MIA for a long time, and had to track to ask for the fries and also asked him if we could have hats. He seemed a bit offended (not in the *** Last Resort way) that we would ask such a thing. After we were done eating, he came over with the hats. The 7 year had a hat that stated he wanted to know about titties, the 16 year old said that she lost her virginity by a member of her family, the 3 year old stated that he was hung like a midget, the 15 years old said she tasted much better than she smelled, my sisters hat stated that she continued to suck like a mosquito and mine spoke of crusty panties. While I absolutely enjoy a fun time, I believe this went a bit too far with the age of the kids involved. The experience was awful and humiliating to the teenagers, having to explain that the server meant to say "kitties" and not *** to the 7 year old went too far. The food is not the reason we go to *** Last Resort, it is the good time that we always have. In all my years of going to Dicks, I have never had such a negative, awkward, or offended time. This was almost 2 hours of *** costing us over $100.00. We went to *** Last Resort in Myrtle Beach on 7/6/19 at 3:45 p.m. I would appreciate a return email acknowledging this email. We had the worst experience at your restaurant in Indy this last Saturday. We sat for over an hour and a half and never got food. We had to leave, as we had tickets to the Bears game.

I complained to the manager and she said she would compensate us for later. She too left me standing there and waiting for her. She never came back. Very upset

Ruined sweet 16 Birthday.

We took s party of 8 for my granddaughter’s birthday and it was a terrible experience..we kept explaining it was her 16th birthday and the waiter offered to do something but NEVER did.. he basically ignored our table and laughed and yelled at 2 other tables. My granddaughter watched this and it really ruined things for her.She was expecting a fun experience but instead was very very disappointed.. there was more negative things that I’m too kind to post. What a waste of a night and birthday.

We went there tonight and had a party of 30 we were on a company retreat and as soon as I went in the bartender told me I couldn’t have any thing but water. Our whole company was there and we had been drinking but I was singled out and I told the manager and he said it’s up to bartender and he acted like he was scared of red headed bartender so he was useless anyway we all left and went to mellow mushroom where we were treated much better. I will never com come to *** ever this was unacceptable and I think something should be done about this
